Presentation Guidelines

Note

    Please use Mouse Pointer on the PC monitor for oral and short presenters on the 1st and 2nd days due to the hybrid format.

Oral Presentations

  • An invited lecture has 30 minutes consisting of approximately 25 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers.

  • The symposium room is equipped with a LCD projector and a Windows laptop PC. The speakers are strongly encouraged to use equipped Windows laptop PC for the hybrid format.

  • Please make presentation slides (16:9 ratio) using Microsoft PowerPoint in a USB memory and deposit them at the registration desk.

Poster Presentations and Short Presentations

  • The poster sessions are scheduled in the evenings of November 7th, Monday, in reception hall of Okayama Convention Center, which is just the front of the room of the oral sessions.

  • We recommend the authors to use A0 size (84.1 cm wide by 118.9 cm high) paper to prepare their poster. Two posters are attached on both-sides of each one poster board with the size of 130 cm wide by 210 cm high.

  • On the poster board, only the paper number will be labeled, so that the paper title, author names, and affiliations should be prepared by the authors.

  • All poster authors attach their poster on the allocated poster board during the lunch break in the assigned date of presentation. The posters should be on the board from 7th until 8th evening.

  • Push pins will be provided to attach your poster onto the board.

  • All poster authors remove their posters by 18:00 am on November 8th, Tuesday. The program committee will responsibly dispose posters left after that date.

  • Short presentations will be held in the afternoons of November 7th, Monday, Each presentation is allowed 3 minutes for a talk without discussion. Please make presentation slides (16:9 ratio) using Microsoft PowerPoint in a USB memory and deposit them at the registration desk.
